The following words and phrases used in these terms and conditions have specific meanings, as described here:

2.3 Accurate Information

A 15x (15 times) wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing. Not all games may contribute equally toward the wagering requirement.

5.3 VIP and Cashback Program

• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can gradually move up to higher levels through consistent active participation and regular gaming.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. In such cases, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled and the account will be closed.

6.1 Fair Play

6.2 Game Disputes

• Colluding with or forming a syndicate with other users
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's servers or systems
• Harassing other users or using abusive language
